Get creative and transform any eye shadow into a long lasting gel eyeliner. Place a small drop of transfix in cap of eye shadow and dip small angled liner brush into the transfix using very little product. Run the angled liner brush over your eye shadow and apply as an eyeliner. Let product dry to set for optimal results.
